IT'S OFFICIAL! Planet Shellywood™ – where dreams come true is launched in India. The trailer for the new blockbuster has hit the streets of Delhi and if the traffic jams it created are anything to go by, it's bound for success.

'If it weren't for Lakshmi, I'd be run off my feet!' Shelly told the Delhi Times, praising the elephant that carried her two billboards through the national capitol. 'I risked my life ducking overhead powerlines, posing for photos and signing autographs. It was hard work, but worth it!'

'We are taking promotion to new heights', says Vijay Kapoor, Innocence™'s Global Marketing Manager, 'using low-tech formats with mass impact and global appeal. We thrive on unsettling familiar distinctions.'

According to Adesh Kumar of Ghitorni, Shellywood™ is bigger than Ben Hur. 'Shelly is on everyone's lips. People are saying, "Bollywood and Hollywood we know, but what is Shellywood?" We are proud that Shelly the famous film star visited our village. She is very beautiful'.

The 3m x 6m billboards depict a love-struck Shelly torn between two boyfriends (arranged marriage and love marriage partners) under the watchful eye of her family. Hand painted in true Bollywood style by Kumar Studios, the images evolved from photos by Cath Barcan (celebrated Sydney photographer) and Rahul Dutta (renown for adding spice to Miss India contestants). 'Shelly is not only gorgeous, she's virtually a guru', says Kapoor, 'and by putting her paintings on wheels she is much more accessible.'

'It's a dream come true! Nameste!' Shelly says.

Innocence™ will bring Shellywood™ to Melbourne on the proviso that Lakshmi can squeeze through customs.
