Innocence™'s Public Happiness Meter at Flinders Street Station recorded an unprecedented 90% on Thursday 19 August, 2004 at exactly 5.30PM.

Over 200 commuters gathered around the Meter and burst into uncontrollable laughter that poured onto the streets and into trains and trams, trickling out into the suburbs and countryside.
