SHELLY INNOCENCE™ DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY
1. Purpose. This Shelly Innocence™ Dispute Resolution Policy (the ‘Policy’) has been adopted by Innocence™ and sets forth the terms and conditions in connection with a dispute between you and any party other than us over the use of our products purchased by you. Proceedings under Paragraph 4 of this Policy will be conducted according to the Rules for the Shelly Innocence™ Dispute Resolution Policy (the ‘Rules of Procedure’).

2. Your Representations. By purchasing any Innocence™ products, you hereby represent and warrant to us that:
(a) the products will be used as per the instructions;
(b) to your knowledge, the use of the products will not infringe upon or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and
(c) you are not using the products for an unlawful purpose. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the products (eg. your use of Happiness™) infringes someone else's rights (eg. their use of Happiness™).

3. Mandatory Administrative Proceeding. These proceedings will be conducted before an dispute-resolutionist and chaired by Ms Shelly Innocence™.
